Important Notice for Graduate Students Admitted in 2025
All graduate students admitted in the year 1404 (2025) are required to log into the Golestan System, navigate to the "Comprehensive Student Information" section, and then to the "Registration Permit" tab to view the reason for any deficiencies in their file. These deficiencies must be resolved before the final examinations begin.
Required Documents:

Original degree certificates for Associate's/Bachelor's/Master's degrees (for all students) or the official agreement for teacher-trainees (for students with service commitments).

Official transcripts (for students whose GPA is not recorded in the system).

Military service academic exemption certificate from the SAKHA system (for male students subject to conscription).
Additional Notes for Conscripted Students:
It is mandatory to register for and submit the academic exemption request for the non-medical Master's program through the SAKHA system. To obtain your previous degree certificate, you must first visit the Graduate Studies Office at the University of Kurdistan to have the option to request a "Certificate of Enrollment" temporarily enabled for you. After submitting the request and getting it approved by the faculty expert, you must present the stamped certificate, along with the approved SAKHA exemption form, to the alumni affairs office of your previous university to have your degree certificate issued.
