Please be advised that following the announcement of the national entrance exam results, the transfer and guest student application system for Shahed and Isargar (veteran and martyr-affiliated) students, operated by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, will be active from October 20, 2025, to October 27, 2025. This is for eligible students in Associate, Bachelor's, and continuous Bachelor's programs admitted for the 2025-2026 academic year who wish to apply for a transfer or guest student status in accordance with the relevant regulations.

As applications submitted outside of this system will not be considered under any circumstances, applicants must first register at their university of admission (the host university). They should then visit the SAJAD portal of the Student Affairs Organization (portal.saorg.ir) to submit their application and receive a tracking code. The results of the application review will be announced on the same website in due course.
